What we're looking for

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years professional kitchen experience and working in a fast paced environment (we can do up to 250 covers per day!)
• You possess a calm, professional, and friendly demeanor that adds to our existing culture
• You have a sense of creativity and imagination that enhances our offering
• You enjoy rural living, being independent and living close to nature
• You preferably have your own vehicle with which to explore the island
• You must be a British or Irish citizen, or have legal status to live and work in the UK
